Very nice and large kitchen equipped with all the cooking material and dishes you will need to receive 8/10 peoples for dîner ( Mixer, blender, pasta, and sherbet machine mixing bowls and ustensils.

Three bed rooms including one which is also an office and a bathroom on that floor.
A big basement to stock your own things, where you will find all you need for your outdoor activities.
A gallery where when spring come back, you will be able to enjoy the quietness of the country side for your lunch and dinner with the birds surrounding.
Sunbathing chairs are available to relax in the wild plaints garden.
BBQ also available with patio table and chairs.

Very clean and furnished with class and good taste, absolutely everything is at your disposal, as for the house linen, bedding and toilet towels....
You bring nothing, except you food. Dishwasher and washing machine, drier are there.

The snow removal is included in the winter as well as hydro.
At 5 minutes from Mont-Orford Park entrance for the passes and 15 minutes to ski slopes.

In the summer the 3 kayaks and the peer is available.
