A beautiful lake front cottage to enjoy year round. Located at Petite lac Sainte Marie in the municipality of Saint Adolphe D'Howard.
Few minutes from Saint Sauveur and Morin Heights. A perfect get away for a whole family. Where nature is at it's best!!!
To wake up with a lake view is just beyond stunning. Bedrooms are located on the second floor. Three of them overlooks the lake. You just have to open your door to a deck and voila!!! The view is yours to enjoy and treasure.
The main floor in an open concept set up. Just to the right is a beautiful bois franc staircase going up to the second floor.
From here, you are welcome with an open ambiance of the living area, dining and the kitchen with the view extending to the screened porch and beyond which is the lake and the mountain.
And there's more. The basement!!! Also known as the mans cave or the kids corner.
The cottage is now available for long term rental only for this coming winter starting 1 December - 31 March 2023.
The owner doesn't know how to ski and hibernate in winter.
