NOTES
DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount before taxes is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be payable 30 days prior to the date of your stay. We will contact you for the procedure for the payment of the remaining balance.
ACCOMMODATION TAX
The 3.5% lodging tax will be calculated on the total amount of the reservation and will be collected at the time of online payment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $ 500 refundable security deposit is required upon online payment of the reservation. In the event of a breakage, the amount of the repair or replacement of the broken equipment will be deducted from the $ 500. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of your stay if there is no breakage.
SMOKING
The cottage at the crossroads of Et-Chemin is a non-smoking chalet. Anyone smoking indoors will receive a penalty of $ 100, deducted from the $ 500 security deposit.

or by credit card with Paypal.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your stay and you notify us more than 90 days before the date of the reservation, we will refund the amount of the booking 100%.
If you notify us of the cancellation between 30 and 89 days before your reservation, we will refund 50% of the amount deposited.
If you notify us of the cancellation between 15 and 29 days before your reservation, we will refund 25% of the amount deposited.
If you notify us of the cancellation between 0 and 14 days before your reservation, we will not refund the amount deposited.
If you wish to change the booking date during the same year, no additional charges will apply.
In all cases, the $ 500 security deposit will be refunded in full.
