Thanks to its 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms with fireplace and complete cleaning room, there is enough space for everyone. In addition, the large modern and well-equipped kitchen, the spacious dining room and the bar will allow you to have many memorable gatherings. In the summertime, the large terrace will be the perfect setting for sunny meals overlooking the water. Ideally located between Bromont and Sutton, this house is fabulous inside and outside. During the summer, you have a direct access to the lake via your private dock for swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding (SUP). In the fall, bring a camera and good walking shoes to explore quaint villages and country roads in a colorful setting. During winter, you simply open the door, walk across the garden and discover the lake with your snowshoes, cross-country skis and even your skates. | Un endroit tout simplement parfait!
Un mois de vacances de rêve avec famille et amis durant l'été 2021.
Notre hôte Pierre avait absolument tout prévu pour faciliter notre séjour: un accueil chaleureux, un tour complet des lieux à notre arrivée, un entretien impeccable de la végétation et de la bordure du lac, foyers et BBQ propres et prêts à être utilisés et des accessoires de maison en quantité plus que suffisante (serviettes, literie, articles de cuisine, etc). Pierre a été d'une grande disponibilité autant pour répondre à nos questions avant notre séjour que durant nos vacances.
La maison est bien équipée notamment une climatisation efficace et un wifi suffisamment puissant pour le télétravail. La baie où se situe la maison est un endroit calme du lac.
La lac est mis en valeur à tous les niveaux que ce soit par les nombreux points de vue qu'offre la maison ou par l'ameublement judicieusement positionné sur le terrain.
Le quai est un atout important de cette maison de vacances. On y retrouve des kayak prêts à la mise à l'eau et suffisamment d'espace pour y amarrer un bateau et 2 motos marine. Le quai est également d'une belle dimension pour y accueillir plusieurs convives pour le bain de soleil, l'apéro ou l'observation des étoiles la nuit venue.
Nous souhaitons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner et recommandons fortement cet endroit.

| Une maison exceptionnelle sur un superbe terrain. Tout y est, et impeccable, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Très bien situé près du village. Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires.
Définitivement un endroit de vacances parfait pour décrocher et partager des beaux moments en famille.

| This is an excellent rental! The house is lovely, impeccably clean and situated right on beautiful Lac Brome. We especially loved kayaking, doing yoga on the private dock and biking around to explore the charming area. As for our host Pierre, he was exceptional - always readily available to provide local advice and help if we needed, but never intrusive and very respectful of our privacy. This was an awesome experience that we would like to repeat someday!

| Our family had a great stay at Pierre's chalet. The owner met us on the day we arrived and showed us everything inside the beautiful and huge accomodation. We enjoyed both inside and outside of the property. All the things we needed from towels, extra blankets etc are all provided. We also did snowshoeing since it's a lakefront property. We actually forgot our camera in the chalet when we left and Pierre immediately informed us and offered to ship it to our address. Pierre is very accomodating and the property is perfect for a family vacation.
