The Swell Cabin

The cabin accommodates 6 people. Escape from it all to our lakefront paradise. Come enjoy the most sought after private ecological spring fed lake in the townships (no blue-green algae). Whether you are looking to relax on the deck, which overlooks the lake with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains or taking advantage of the numerous activities at your doorstep, you will always find something to do.

In the summer enjoy swimming from your own little pebbled beach perfect for your children as well as smallmouth bass and perch fishing, canoeing, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, pedal boating or just soaking up the sun on the dock or the deck (no gas motors allowed on this lake). For those with motorized boats or sea-doo's Lake Memphremagog offers a boat launch with free access just 5 minutes away. (canoe, kayak, pedal boat and an aluminum fishing boat with electric motor are included)

Take serene walks or long bike rides along the country road or experience nature with a hike through the woods.

On clear nights the sky is blanketed with stars like you have never seen.

In the winter, enjoy downhill and cross county skiing as well as snowshoeing, ice skating on Sugarloaf Pond and tobogganing. Don't forget to take advantage of cheapie Tuesday and Wednesday at Owl's Head ($20.00 per person) as well as the "Carte-Blanche" discount offered at Owl's Head and Sutton.

We are centrally located just 10 minutes from Owl's Head Ski and Golf and within 30 minutes from Jay Peak and its 50,000-square-foot indoor water park known as the Pump House, Mount Orford, Ski Sutton, Magog and the charming village of Knowlton. In Knowlton you'll discover antique stores, boutiques, cafes and great restaurants. If you need some last minute groceries, within a 5 minute drive you can stop in at the Jewitt's General store or drive 10 minutes to Mansonville where you will find everything you need. Granby Zoo and the water park at Bromont are only 40 minutes away. Need some pampering; the famous Bolton Fall's Spa is only 15 minutes away or Spa Nordic Station about 30 minutes.
