Located 1 hour drive from Montreal, in St-Alphonse-Rodriguez, large cottage with SPA with all the amenities for a perfect vacation with family. Very intimate lakefront site offering exceptional water quality.
This warm cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably. The living room with fireplace, the large dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the various board games create a friendly atmosphere, much suitable for relaxation. For more indoor entertainment, the Internet connection also allows you to take advantage of tv on wich you can access your favorite TV accounts.
With its south-western orientation, the cottage offers maximum sunshine and allows you to enjoy the lake until sunset. The large, flat, grassy field lets you enjoy your favourite sports (soccer, Frisbee, pétanque, badminton, etc.). The 6-seat SPA is ideal for relaxing in perfect tranquility. The covered outdoor gallery will provide you with the opportunity to have your meals outside while admiring the wonderful sunsets over the lake. The lake bottom around the large dock is sandy and gently sloping which is ideal for swimming with the kids while allowing for plunges at the end of the dock. You can also take advantage of the various boats at your disposal or try your luck at fishing (bass).
The charming village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez offers all the amenities: Metro grocery store, Brunet pharmacy, SAQ, Butcher-Bakery-Delicatessen Maison Staner, restaurants, snack bar, ice cream parlour, gas station, Caisse Desjardins, etc. You will also find multifunctional trails (snowshoes, cross-country skiing), tennis, basketball and baseball courts, a skate park, an outdoor skating rink, etc. Less than 25 minutes by car, a wide range of exceptional outdoor activities are also accessible in summer and winter (Rawdon is 19 km away, St-Côme is 17 km away, Saint-Jean-de-Matha is 17 km away) - see detailed list further down.
