Just for you, in perfect fusion with nature, the Envol is an exclusive property nestled on the cape of the prestigious private domain of Hameau-du-Cap-Blanc in St-Irénée. This one-of-a-kind place will ensure you rest and tranquility on the mountainside! Its large comfortable living room with fireplace, open to the dining room, offers you a panoramic view of the majestic river and the surrounding mixed forest. This magnificent view and the brightness of the room make you want to surrender and relax in complete peace and quiet. The contemporary kitchen and its complete, quality equipment will inspire you with very good dishes. Three bedrooms, two of which overlook the waters and the panorama of Bas-St-Laurent in the background, and two full bathrooms, provide you with the most pleasant comfort. Kitchen : Large all-white kitchen with large quartz countertop, perfect for cooking with family or friends and gathering for an aperitif. De Longhi filter coffee maker and espresso coffee maker (pre-ground coffee), fondue dish, raclette oven, waffle iron, utensils, complete cookware and much more. You won't miss anything! Living room : Comfortable couches with smart TV. Netflix and Disney+ applications available (you must use your account), It should be noted that the loading speed for the internet is 50mbit/ second.

The surroundings :
30 minutes from downtown Baie St-Paul, its lively atmosphere, good restaurants and art galleries, hiking, golf, sea and river kayaking, and more !
From Hotel Le Germain, book a nice little round-trip train ride along the river to the Massif de la Petite-Rivière-St-François.
45 minutes from the ski slopes of Le Massif, 25 minutes from the alpine and cross-country ski resort of Mont Grand-Fonds and less than 20 minutes from the Les Sources Joyeuses family outdoor center (skating, sliding and cross-country skiing). Put on snowshoes from the house and walk through the surrounding woods and meadows to admire the local nature and the river.
Less than 10 minutes from the Casino de Charlevoix, the Manoir Richelieu, the Charlevoix Astroblème, the beach of St-Irénée and the Domaine Forget music concerts.
10 minutes from La Malbaie, which also has a few good restaurants and offers superb sea walks in the bay at low tide.
In the beautiful Charlevoix region, fishing enthusiasts will be delighted, and you can also take a whale watching excursion on the majestic St. Lawrence River.
Visit the national parks of Grands Jardins (20 min) and Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie (45 min).
