Magnificent unique architectural home designed and built by the sculptor Robert Lachance. This vast and beautiful chalet can accommodate up to 10 people (Rate according to number of persons). The house has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms with shower, one with bath. The modern kitchen, the large dinning-room and the living-room are all combined in one giant open area on the ground floor. The floor below houses a large living room with a pool table. There are 2 HD TVs, one 46'' and one 38''in the living-rooms. A balcony-terrace is home to the BBQ.

Peace and quiet assured. Regardless of the climate, you'll enjoy the private heated swimming pool during the summer season and the outdoor spa all year-round.

The house is located in a 3 acres estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David where the views are breathtaking and where there is no close neighbors. Bordering the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park with its 1 900 acres of Crown land, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and mountain climbing literally start in the backyard. It's 5 minutes by car from the Val-David village and all its amenities.

L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée en raquettes ou en ski de fond ou la glissade avec les enfants. Le chalet est toujours propre, La cuisine est bien équipée et avec ses 3 salles de bain et ses grands espaces, l'endroit est idéal pour les groupes comptant plusieurs personnes. La décoration est originale et tout le monde (petits et grands) y trouve son compte! La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible.

Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le chalet est confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Sa décoration et sa construction sont une réelle ?uvre d'art. Et la vue du paysage des Laurentides...exceptionnelle!
