The home features 4 bedrooms, a spacious open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, a large garden-level family room with pool table, and 3 bathrooms with showers (one also includes a bathtub). Two HD TVs (46" and 38") are provided, along with a balcony-terrace for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The chalet sits on a private 3-acre wooded estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David, with breathtaking views. It borders the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park (1,900 acres of crown land), with direct access to the trails from the property. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and even rock climbing.
