At only 1 km away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Québec, Lac Simon. In addition to swimming, there is boat rental, personal watercraft, pontoons, etc. Immediate access to hiking trails, bicycle paths, snowmobile/ ATV trails (Quads), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. 1 hour away from Mont Tremblant and Ottawa and 1 hour 45 minutes from Montreal.

Winter Activities:

Snowshoeing or hiking on the trails of the Domaine, Lac Simon, Lac de la Ferme and National Iroquois Trails. For skating enthusiasts, there is a skating rink in the village 0.5 km away. Possibility of ice fishing.

For your use: 10 pairs of snowshoes (8 adults & 2 kids), large slide at back of cottage with 12 GT Snow Racers. 30 bicycles (adults & children) to be used on Lac Simon's bicycle path 2 paddle boats, 1 canoe, 1 double kayak and 1 row boat, speckled trout fishing (5 fishing lines incl.) on the Estate's private lake. Lac Simon's beautiful beach with Water Sport rentals at 1 Km. 3 restaurants and 2 grocery stores at 8 min. walk. When you make a reservation a 30% deposit is required. | From check-in to check-out this estate rental was a 5 star + experience for our family of 10 adults. Raoul always provided excellent communication replying to our many questions. ALL our essential needs were provided with 6 closed bedrooms (all comfy king beds), 3 bathrooms, 3 fridges, 2 bbq grills, fully equipped kitchen. The 'WOW' extras made this rental exceptional ~ beautiful pool, absolute privacy, several nature trails, bikes for everyone, hot tub, pool table and a spectacular view of a private lake. Everyone's favourite place to hang out was either by the pool or in the large closed-in porch where we enjoyed card/board games. Normand responded to all our needs quickly ~ he was super friendly, attentive to our suggestions and gifted us with a jar of his own personal maple syrup . We made sure before leaving, to book again for next year!

| This is the fifth time we rent this Chalet. Our family of fifteen have spent many, many hours making memories in the two weeks we spend there. We are avid pickleball players and having lines and a net there for us to play has been wonderful as all fifteen of us play. There are so many good things about this place that I could add but I would run out of space! Thank you Raul!

| Je tenais à vous remercier pour le meilleur séjour que nous avons eu l'occasion d'avoir grâce à vous!!!! Emplacement très paisible et le chalet est extrêmement propre avec un excellent service!!! Il ne faut surtout par oublier de mentionner qu'il est très bien équipé donc il suffit d'amener ses vêtements et brosse à dents et c'est tout. Merci encore et je reviendrai avec ma famille certainement!!!!

| We recently spent three days at this beautiful chalet . It was ideal for our large group of 16 people and went beyond our expectations.
The chalet was very clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. The large dining area, the two large family rooms as well as having 6 bedrooms made it an ideal chalet for our family. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub and spent some time at Lac Simon on the lazy river and the beautiful hiking trails.
Raul, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The care taker of the property, Normand , was also a pleasure to deal with and was always available to help us with anything we needed.
We would definitely recommend this chalet and are already planning our trip for next year :)
