The view is heavenly. The bottom of the lake is sandy and soft underfoot, it slopes slowly which is ideal for children.
In the fall, the view of the mountain opposite is breathtaking.
In winter, once the lake is frozen well, it is easy to cross-country ski, an ice rink and an outdoor fire. The deer come to eat on the ground.
