Our magnificent chalet offers a spectacular view of Ile aux Coudres. Our warm chalet offers you the opportunity to relax on the edge of a fire with family or friends, while admiring the splendid panorama.

The spectacular view will strike you as soon as you step into the chalet.

Its interior design has been designed to provide you with as much comfort as possible. Once inside, you will find yourself in a real cozy nest.

This establishment complies with the new maintenance guide and instructions issued by the government in relation to Covid-19. A copy of this guide will also be available to customers via a Welcome email after booking.

Tout est conforme aux photos du site et la vue en vrai est encore plus incroyable. Très propre et bien entretenu. Seul petit bémol le spa est un peu petit et le couvert serait à changer. J'y retournerais sans hésitation. Bonne communication avec le site de location Hôtel à la maison.

La maison porte très bien son nom. Bien située dans le domaine privé.
Magnifique vue sur plus de 180° sur le fleuve et l'ile-aux Coudres.
Très propre et confortable avec son échangeur d'air et climatisation au besoin.
Grande aire de vie très lumineuse à l'étage et sa terrasse couverte adjacente très pratique.
La grande salle de bain avec sa douche multi-jet est très fonctionnelle.
Entretien du spa impeccable (2 fois/sem.)
On a su que le petit terrain à l'arrière sera amélioré (gazon et dallage pour le foyer ext.)
Accès au sentier St-Joseph de la Rive, pour une très belle randonnée, situé au bout de la rue.
Pour un long séjour quelques points négatifs:
BBQ fonctionnel mais à bout d'âge, l'allumage ne fonctionne pas, allumeur au butane vide dans le tiroir, pas d'allumettes! (J'ai dû me rendre chez un voisin)
Vaisselle noire en poterie et couvert noir pas agréable à utiliser.
Pas de pichet à eau et seulement 4 compartiment à glaçons dans le congélo.
Pas de sèche-serviette (support) nulle part dans les 2 salles de bain.
On a dû rationner les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle.
Le réservoir de toilette de la petite salle de bain cogne sur le mur (instable).
Dernier point: j'espère que le développement futur du domaine privé ne nous privera pas de la tranquillité et de l'espace entre les maisons.

Ce chalet porte parfaitement son nom.
La vue est magnifique. Très bel emplacement et tranquille.

Quelques points négatifs :
Il manquait du matériel pour un long séjour ;
pas assez de papiers essuie-tout, papier toilettes, cuisine incomplète et ustenciles de mauvaise qualité. Pas d'allumettes pour BBQ et on a manqué de propane. Les deux bonbonnes étaient vides. Rouleaux de papier aluminium
et wrap presque terminés, pas de recharge.
Aucun sacs de poubelles supplémentaires.
Internet très lent!!! Terrain en arrière non entretenu.

Bref, la maison est magnifique, mais l'équipement intérieur ne représente pas un
séjour de 500$/nuit.

À retourner si améliorations apportées.
