| Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce chalet à l'occasion du Nouvel An avec ma famille venue de France. Notre séjour a été vraiment exceptionnel !
Le chalet est très bien équipé, notamment dans la cuisine (beaucoup d'ustensiles, 2 appareils à raclette, de la vaisselle en quantité). Il y avait aussi tous les produits de base (sel, poivre, aluminium, épices...) Nous étions 17, donc nous avions peur de manquer de matériel et ça n'a pas été le cas du tout.
Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être accueillis avec un sapin de Noël, ce qui ajoute un petit quelque chose, surtout pendant la période des fêtes.
C'est aussi le paradis des enfants : un baby foot, des jeux vidéos, une table de air hockey, des jeux de société et le bonus : des barrières d'escalier pour les plus petits.
La communication avec les propriétaires est excellente. Ils sont très réactifs et répondent à toutes nos demandes du mieux possible.
Le seul petit point négatif est l'insonorisation du chalet, qui est assez médiocre. Mais c'est malheureusement le cas avec la majorité des chalets au Québec. Mais ça n'a pas du tout entaché notre séjour.
J'espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir en été pour profiter du lac :-)

| Quel merveilleux chalet !!
Tout est parfait, très propre. Vraiment bien équipé en cuisine dont 3 frigos et aussi en jeux pour tous les âges.
Lits propres et confortables.
Les communications avec les hôtes étaient vraiment cordiales et rapides.
En hiver, il faudra assurément un véhicule 4wd.

| We stayed at this lovely chalet for 3 nights in August. It is very comfortable for all ages, we raged from 4 years old to 77. It was a family weekend. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of seating for everyone. The beds are very comfy. The only draw back would be the many stairs to the lake. We were fine but anyone with any disabilities would have a problem. Love to return one day!
Also tons of games inside and kayaks, pedal boat and paddle boards. Fun for all!

| We had a wonderful time at the LA GRANDE OURSE chalet for a long weekend early July. The chalet has everything you can wish for . We were 11 people , grand parents, parents and kids from 17 to 8 . Everybody had an amazing time whether outside on the dock fishing , kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming or inside where there are all the games possible. The kids loved the jacuzzi
too. The rooms were well appointed and the kichen well equipped. We found the Depaneur easily for a supply of milk and cake mix. We hope to be back . Thank you David and Yann !
