Beautiful cottage (for 4 adultes and 5 children max) all renovated, warm and furnished with a prime location directly on the edge of the beautiful lake Beaven (Arundel).
This cottage is a dream location for family vacations. Arundel is located in the charming Laurentians region just 15 minutes from Mont-Tremblant (St-Jovite) and 25 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant ski slopes.
All services are located in Huberdeau about 3-4 minutes by car: Grocery, convenience store, SAQ, restaurant, post office, ATM, hardward store, bakery, etc.
Outside you have a large balcony furnished with a propane BBQ, a "pit à feux" and a large dock with a breathtaking view of Lake Beaven.
Inside, the chalet has three bedrooms that can accommodate 7 to 9 people comfortably. The cottage also has an electric fireplace. A screen TV with Netflix also awaits the family in the living room and the three bedrooms.
The Aerobic Corridor (2 minutes from the cottage) is open to cyclists looking for an outing right in the heart of nature. The Corridor offers a 58-km circuit which runs through wild landscapes dotted with lakes and green valleys, through territories and picturesque villages : Amherst, Huberdeau, Arundel, Montcalm, Lac-des-Seize-Îles, Wentworth-Nord and Morin-Heights. Come and take an unusual hybrid bike ride down nature?s highway!
