We have the place you need! Just 75 minutes from downtown Montreal, we offer our most recent house for rent. Comfortable, modern, and just a few minutes from all the main attractions of the Magog-Orford tourist region, the house is on a dead end street, easily accessible from exit 118 of Highway 10 of the Eastern Townships Highway.

The house is a smoke-free environment that can accommodate 8 to 10 people; friendly at will with its large central living area with a cathedral ceiling, the house has 3 large bedrooms: two with "queen" beds and one that can accommodate 4 people (room has a bunk bed: double at the bottom and single on top + another single bed)

EVERYTHING IS THERE: dishes, bedding, towels, laundry room, two full bathrooms, work desk, outdoor spa, a garage space for skis and other outdoor sports equipment, etc.

Winter: You?ll enjoy life even more being only 7 minutes from the ski hills of Mont Orford or the renovated city center of Magog and its famous skating path located on the edge of the majestic Memphrémagog Lake! The snowmobile trail is less than 2 minutes from the house as well.

Summer: Come and enjoy the beach, sail on Lake Memphremagog and you can even walk or pedal along the waterfront where you will discover enchanting landscapes. There is also the possibility of renting canoes, kayaks, go for a walk near the Marais or enjoy the outdoors at the Mont Orford National Park (SEPAQ)which is a perfect place for hiking, mountain biking and lots more.
