This oceanfront property sits on 3 acres of land with the beach approximately 50 feet away from your doorstep. You will find serenity on the easily accessible fine, soft, red sand beach stretching for miles with the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. The gentle slope makes it child friendly. Build a sand castle, search for treasured sea glass or simply take the time to read a good book.
At night, spectacular sunsets, starlit skies and family memories await you around the fire pit. Sleep to the sound of ocean waves and cool breeze.
You will find a clean, bright and well decorated living space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Linen and beach towels are supplied. Internet, cable TV, DVD player, puzzles, books, games, beach chairs and BBQ: it's all there!
Nearby, you will find the Miminegash Harbour, grocery and convenience store, Mill River Spa and Golf Resort, North Cape windmills and West Point lighthouse.
Not convinced yet? Our housekeeper can bring to your doorstep fresh lobsters or scallops (in season). Fresh fish, mussels and other sea produce can also be obtained right from the fishermen at the dock. Mmmmmm.
