Magnificent four-season chalet located on the edge of the Rivière-Noire (navigable and communicating with the Lac Noir) in Saint-Jean-de-Matha.

This fully renovated 4 bedroom chalet comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and children and is available for short and long term rentals.

Inside, you will find on the first floor a large bright dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a bedroom (1 queen bed) and a living room with a propane fireplace. . The second floor has a bathroom (shower bath) and 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a double bed) including a magnificent view of the river. There is a high chair for babies.

Come and enjoy the tranquility of the chalet and a multitude of activities nearby. Large landscaped lot, equipped with a terrace with BBQ, a spa for 6 people (4 seasons), an outdoor fireplace and a trampoline.

In summer, we also provide you with our dock for your pleasure craft, as well as a rowboat, kayak and personal life jackets.

The river is navigable and it will allow you to join the Black Lake to enjoy water sports.

The chalet is also equipped with a Baby Foot table (in the basement, 6 'ceiling), board games (children and adults), television with DVD player, several DVDs, an X-Box360, a Wifi network included, a washer and a dryer.
