La Chouette cottage

IMPORTANT: WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR LONG TERM TENANTS FOR THE SUMMER OF 2025. MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) WEEKS FROM JUNE 1st TO THE END OF JULY. SITE CAN BE VISITED FROM MID-AUGUST.

Cottage located on a mountainside that gives directly on the Lake Simon, Portneuf région. Beautiful and peaceful lake where motor beats are forbidden. Private beac h and private platform.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a sauna and a pool table. Linens and towels included.

- 5 kayaks, 1 canoe and a paddleboard (as well as lifejackets)

- trail on the other side of the lake
- public beach (on the Lake).
- numerous walking trails.
