The house is located on the Mont Shefford, 5 km, from Mont Bromont.

Beautiful view towards Montreal and on the ski slopes of Mont Bromont.
At the rear of the house, a large garden is ideal for children to play. Skating is possible on a large pond (caution is always advised and the thickness of the ice should be checked).
The total area of the property is 28 hectares (70 acres) of meadows and forests (a part of forest is an old maple grove), allowing for beautiful snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
Monthly rental from 2025 October 15 to 2026 April 30 (minimum of 1 month).
The house has been rented out to families of skiers in the winter for 25 years. The majority of families re-rent for 3 or 4 consecutive years.
