Nous avons loué ce chalet pour deux nuits afin de passer une fin de semaine tranquille entre amis. Nous voulions simplement nous détendre, mais l'expérience a été très décevante.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu une longue liste de tâches à effectuer avant le départ. Ces exigences n'étaient pas clairement indiquées avant la réservation. Si nous les avions connues, nous aurions choisi un autre endroit.
Malgré des frais de ménage d'environ 300 $, nous devions retirer la literie, laver et ranger la vaisselle, vider les poubelles, replacer les meubles et accessoires à leur emplacement d'origine et laisser le chalet prêt pour les prochains occupants. Avec un dépôt de sécurité de 1 000 $, cela a créé un stress constant.
Le spa a également été une déception. Nous devions le nettoyer après chaque utilisation, mais les instructions étaient peu claires. En consultant l'affichage électronique, nous avons constaté que l'eau n'avait pas été changée depuis près de 40 jours.
Après avoir retiré la literie, nous avons découvert des taches sur les oreillers et les matelas. La pression d'eau dans la cuisine était très faible, le pavillon extérieur ne ressemblait pas aux photos et le pont menant aux embarcations semblait instable.
Les photos donnent une image beaucoup plus avantageuse que la réalité. Nous avions réservé ce chalet pour nous reposer, mais nous sommes repartis déçus.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Owner response: Bonjour Claudia, Votre commentaire, bien que reçu de façon constructive, ne reflète malheureusement pas l'expérience que nous offrons à La Chic Cabane. D'abord, le dépôt de sécurité est de 800 $ et non de 1 000 $. Les frais de ménage sont quant à eux de 200 $ et non de 300 $. Concernant les consignes de départ, la règle est simple : remettre le chalet dans l'état où il a été trouvé. Laver sa vaisselle, disposer de ses ordures et éviter de déplacer les meubles nous semblent des demandes tout à fait raisonnables. Vous mentionnez également un manque de transparence. Pourtant, toutes les règles, consignes et informations relatives à la propriété sont clairement indiquées dans le contrat transmis avant la confirmation du séjour. Comme votre nom n'apparaît pas dans notre registre de locations, votre date d'arrivée non plus d'ailleurs, nous présumons que vous étiez invité par la personne ayant effectué la réservation et signé le contrat. Concernant le spa, l'ajout de produits d'entretien est une pratique normale dans un contexte de location. Cette procédure témoigne justement de la rigueur de son entretien. Soyez assuré que celui-ci est entretenu avec soin et régulièrement vidangé. Nous tenons tout de même à préciser que notre équipe d'entretien a été remplacée en juin 2026 afin de mieux répondre à nos standards de qualité. Par ailleurs, aucun bateau n'est autorisé sur le lac et le quai donnant accès aux embarcations (Kayak, Pedalo, PaddleBoard) est bien conforme et en bon état. Il est également important de rappeler qu'il s'agit d'un chalet en pleine nature, alimenté par un puits artésien et desservi par une installation septique. Bien que notre eau soit excellente, il peut arriver que le débit soit réduit à certaines périodes. Comme nous ne retrouvons ni votre nom ni votre date indiquée parmi nos locations, nous ne pouvons confirmer la date exacte de votre séjour. Toutefois, à la lumière de vos commentaires et de la date donnée, il semble que votre visite ait eu lieu au printemps. Cette période de transition est naturellement moins flatteuse sur le plan visuel que la saison hivernale ou estivale. Enfin, nous regrettons qu'aucune question ou demande ne nous ait été adressée durant votre séjour. Nous demeurons toujours disponibles pour nos invités et une simple communication nous aurait permis de répondre à vos préoccupations rapidement. La Chic Cabane demeure un petit havre de paix où le calme, le confort et la nature sont au cœur de l'expérience offerte à nos visiteurs. ? | |

| Une belle fin de semaine en famille à la chic cabane. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont organisés, attentionnés et sympathiques! Nous avons pu profiter des différentes embarcations sur le lac et des nombreux endroits pour se détendre autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les enfants ont vraiment apprécié le choix de jeux. Un magnifique endroit, propre et bien équipé.

| Superbe endroit pour des vacances paisibles! Le chalet, l'aménagement, le lac privé, le calme ainsi que le silence sont tout simplement merveilleux, toutes est parfait. Je recommande fortement cet endroit magnifique auquel les propriétaires ont mis à disposition des équipements et des jeux pour divertir grands et petits.
