Warm and cozy cabin with a beautiful view on the river, one hour away from Montreal. Offers a beautiful getaway in the nature to escape the everyday routine, with family or friends. Located at the entrance of the Ouareau Forest Regional Park, the chalet will charm you upon your arrival! WIFI, Netflix, board games and games for children. New spa for 6 people, direct access to the river, outdoor fireplace, BBQ. The building is new, everything is new inside and outside. The cabin can accommodate six to eight people. About 10 minutes away (7km) from the village (Butcher, bakery, gas station, grocery store, Restaurants and SAQ); 10 minutes (8km) from ski Montcalm; Also around 15 minutes away from the 3 beaches located in Rawdon, Entrelac and Saint Alphonse de Rodriguez just like the Atlantide water park. 3 bedrooms (bedding included) each with queen beds (+1 sofa bed), 1 full bathroom and 2 service baths, washer/ dryer, full kitchen.

| Très beau chalet, propre! Les propriétaires sont super gentils et accommodants. On a passé un magnifique séjour en proffitant de la nature et du spa au bord du ruisseau. Une vraie fin de semaine de relaxation!

| Nous n'avons pas été informé lors de la reservation et des échanges que nos chiens devaient etre maintenus en laisse à tout moment. Si nous avions eu cette information nous n'aurions pas réservé. Nous n'avions pas non plus été informé de deux caméras de surveillance dehors où on passait la plupart de notre temps.
On était déçu avec leur manque de communication.

Owner response: On aime beaucoup nos animaux, moi aussi j'en ai, mais on ne peut pas les laisser sans surveillance. Il ne faut pas les garder tout le temps en laisse, pas sur la propriété de notre chalet. Sauf qu'ils se sont retrouvés plus loin, chez les voisins, a plusieurs reprises. On a eu deux plaintes. Je suis désolée que vous n'avez pas apprécié qu'on est allé vous apporter des médicaments pour votre chien car vous les avez oublié a la maison. On a trouvé beaucoup de poil de chiens dans tous les lits et le sofa tachée partout. Ce sont les raisons pour lesquelles il y a des restrictions pour les chiens. | |

| Magnifique, on a passé un très bon séjour, très bon chalet, bien entretenu et chaleureux. Bien équipé et très propre. Le paysage est très superb en hiver. On a hâte
