In winter, thank to its proximity to Stoneham ski resort (200m from the ticket booth, 300m from the chairlift), you will enjoy all the benefits of a ski-in/ski-out unit without the inconvenience of the noise, lights and continuous traffic. The best of both worlds! Many options of cross country skiing (with more than 450 km of trails), snowshoeing and fat-bike are available within 4 to 50 minutes drive.

In the summer many kiking, mountain biking or golfing options are available on site or within 30 minutes.

This 2 floor, well decorated and renovated condo can comfortably sleep 4 adults and their children thanks to its 4 superimposed double beds in two separated bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with quality accessories, and washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the heated floor bathroom. Wood is supplied for the wood stove in the winter while A/C will keep you comfortable in the summer.

Baby accessories like playard, booster seat and bed rail are also available.
Caution: upper beds are limited to 150 lb (68 kg) maximum.
