Venice in Quebec is a place to discover, the chalet Au soleil levant is located in a residential area with a view directly on Lake Champlain, just 50 minutes from Montreal and 15 minutes from the US border The village is 10 minutes walk and offers you a wide range of activities and services. In summer, its water sports such as the surf site, seadoo or windsurfing, kayaking, will entertain you. Its beaches and magnificent views are also worth a visit. In winter, the following activities await you: skating, vintage hockey tournament, ice fishing, snowshoeing and more! Venice in Quebec offers its tourists a unique experience, offering you restaurants by the water, cruise on the lake, relaxation spa, golf, hiking and not to mention the breathtaking sunsets. Cross the street and you have access to our land on the private waterfront and have your aperitif on the Quai in summer with your feet in the water. In the village you have the possibility of renting boats and Kayak to enjoy the Lake. The region offers a wide range of activities such as the nearby safari park, the "Tourbièere" in Venice in Quebec with a woodland full of birds to observe. You will be charmed by the St-Bernard de Lacolle National Park and for those who love cycling, consult the AX Cyclades Vallé des Forts / Tourisme Montérégie. You also have the possibility of going to the United States just next door to visit the islands of Lake Champlain (dunes of alburgh, Isle La Motte, North Hero and Grand Isle). The chalet is non-smoking / No pets allowed / No parties or parties will be tolerated and no guest other than the people who made the reservation of the chalet. Respect for neighbors is essential with regard to noise. Comfortable and fully equipped like at home. Ping pong table and DVD, Nexflix access.
