The chalet has fast unlimited Wi-Fi (100Mb via fiber), free and ideal for remote working in a dream setting.

The chalet is equipped with an exterior camera doorbell overlooking the garden and parking lot, to ensure the security of the premises and to ensure that the chalet's capacity is respected. The chalet is also equipped with noise-control detectors to maintain a climate of respect for our neighbors.

For the Holiday season, the chalet will be beautifully decorated to create an atmosphere conducive to unforgettable moments.

Garden Level:

- The kitchen, brand new, fully equipped, and very functional with its large island, is specially designed for group cooking. All appliances are new and of good quality.

- A large relaxation room, a true "video club" entertainment area with over 200 DVDs available, a 70'' large screen TV, table with games, ensuring fun for both adults and children!

- The outdoor layout offers a large spa, a children's playground with beautiful swings, an outdoor fireplace, a covered lounge, a large terrace at the back, and a gallery running along the entire front of the chalet offering a view of the lake and mountains.
- Benefiting from a gentle descent near the lake with a wooden dock for docking various watercraft available to you. The area is safe for swimming as it has a gentle slope. Since motorboats are not allowed on Lake Hacquard, you will enjoy unparalleled tranquility.
