Lakefront high-end cottage for 2 people (1 bedroom) with your own private forest of over 35 acres. Over 1000 square feet of living space with mezzanine, screened porch and terrace on 3 sides. Treat yourself to great luxury (SPA, air conditioning, heated floor, walk-in shower, kitchen island...) in an enchanting setting. The 'Point d'Orgue' is a musical term, one of the functions of which is to extend the duration of the silence at will. This is precisely the purpose of this chalet: to get together in nature to put down your bags, listen to the silence, take a break, stop time. Its exterior environment invites relaxation. The idea behind this project was to create a clean but warm style, a contemporary touch harmonizing with noble materials such as wood (oak, hemlock, pine). The chalet is located directly in front of the Foin lake, a lake where you can oberve wildlife biodiversity by kayak. You also have access through our private trails to Lake Lambert, an ecological lake ideal for swimming. Its abundant windows, its cathedral roof over 20 feet high, its open concept with mezzanine and its unobstructed view gives us the feeling of being in the heart of nature, in the comfort of a luxurious chalet. We suggest you create your own thermal experience. You begin with the outdoor shower. You then start the cycle with exposure to heat in the SPA. Next is cold and the cycle is finally completed in rest mode by relaxing on the Adirondack chairs, zero-gravity chairs, the swing or enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Treat yourself with a massage at the chalet with our partner massage therapist (upon reservation, insurance receipt available)
The chef in you will appreciate the island and its fully equipped kitchen
And for the more active side in you, there is the possibility of a canoe or kayak trip, a walk in our private trails in the forest (snowshoes provided in winter) or to enjoy outdoor games (horseshoes, croquet, washer, Finnish skittles, soccer ball)
We are less than 20 minutes away from 3 outfitters, a wildlife reserve, 60 km of hiking trails, 3 vineyards, Sacacomie Lake and more ! La Pourvoirie du Lac Blanc (5 km) also offers activities such as: bear watching, bog and visit beaver dam, hiking, rabaska and drive a quad.
In winter you can practice snowshoeing, cross country skiing, backcountry skiing and hiking, all this within 10 minutes. At the outfitter 'Lac Blanc' (5 km) you can rent comfortable snowmobiles of the year, including complete equipment or go dog sledding. Guided activities are available such as ice fishing, snowshoeing, and visiting a maple grove.
new : backcountry skiing (St-Alex-Ski) - 8km
