THE BACKYARD AND ITS MANY ASSETS
The backyard path going to the lake is very intimate thanks to the trees that border the land. A breathtaking view awaits you.
What better way, for relaxation, than a private spa in the heart of nature, or even, all together around a cozy fireplace.
There is also an inground and heated swimming pool which overhangs the lake. The view is spectacular! You can enjoy the sun while the children play on the small private beach in front with the many toys that are at their disposal.

THE DESIGN OF THE CHALET
Built for the greatest comfort, the chalet stands out for its architectural features, its cathedral ceilings, and the natural light streaming in from its many windows. Upon arrival, you will be immediately charmed by the elegance and cachet of the chalet's rich materials and unique furnishings.
The kitchen will satisfy the chef in you! A large fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare group meals. Fully equipped with luxury Viking appliances, a gas stove, a high-end espresso machine, 2 filter coffee makers, etc.
Both the interior and exterior furnishings have been designed for large groups. Among other things, a magnificent dining table made to measure by a cabinetmaker from the region, which can accommodate 16 people and which can easily be transformed into a meeting table for business clients.
On the gigantic balcony, your group will be able to enjoy a delicious meal together while enjoying the breathtaking view!

FAVORITE PIECES
The relaxation room: this upstairs room is a true oasis of healing. This spacious common area is surrounded by windows overlooking the surrounding nature and the lake. A set of comfortable sofas in creamy white color have been arranged to promote tranquility and well-being.
The pool room: This closed room is intended as a gathering place for sports and billiards enthusiasts. In addition to the high-quality pool table, a babyfoot table, as well as a big smartTV, is present on the wall.

Here is 2 THING TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet:
1- NO PARTY ALLOWED
Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable. We have a sound monitor near the patio door and 4 cameras ONLY outside and on the parking lot with no view overlooking the hot tub
2- THE POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN MAY 20th AND SEPTEMBER 15th
Between these dates, the swimming pool will therefore be open and heated for the pleasure of all :)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Being able to stay at La Villa du Grand Lac is a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and what it has to offer.
It's a fascinating experience!
