Our luxurious lakeside villa on the shores of Lake Brompton, nestled in the heart of nature, is perfect for large families as well as business groups for remote work or team building.
A hot tub surrounded by nature, a spectacular lake view, and the lake itself right in the backyard are just some of the features that have been carefully designed for your stay.

THE DESIGN OF THE COTTAGE
As soon as you enter the property, you will be charmed by the elegance and character of its rich materials and unique furnishings. Built for maximum comfort, it stands out with its architectural features, cathedral ceilings, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The kitchen will satisfy the chef in you! A large, fully equipped kitchen awaits you for preparing meals as a group. It features high-end Viking appliances, a gas stove, a premium espresso machine, two drip coffee makers, and more.
Both indoor and outdoor furnishings were designed with large groups in mind. Notably, a stunning custom-made dining table crafted by a local cabinetmaker can seat up to 14 people and can easily be converted into a meeting table for business guests.
On the spacious balcony, you can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking view!
FAVORITE SPACES
The relaxation room: located upstairs, this space is a true oasis for unwinding. This large common area is surrounded by windows overlooking the surrounding nature and the lake. A comfortable sofa set has been arranged to promote relaxation and well-being.
The billiard room: this enclosed space is the perfect gathering spot for sports and billiards enthusiasts. In addition to a high-quality pool table, there is also a foosball table and a large television!

The lakeside property offers great privacy thanks to the trees surrounding the land. A spectacular view awaits you.
What could be better for ultimate relaxation than a private hot tub in nature, or gathering together around a cozy outdoor fire (firewood provided for the first use).
For ski and outdoor enthusiasts, Mont Orford is just 20 minutes away — one of the most beautiful mountains in Quebec! The lake and nearby trails are also ideal for snowmobiling, while snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails are among the many attractions in the municipality of Saint-Denis.
Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before booking our cottage:
1- NO PARTY GROUPS
Maintaining good relations with our neighbors is a priority, so party groups are not permitted. Evictions and fines may apply if necessary. We have a noise monitoring system and 4 cameras located ONLY outside on the property and parking area, with no view of the hot tub. These record at all times.
2- UNDER 25
Groups of guests under 25 years old are not permitted.
3- POOL AVAILABILITY
The pool is open between May 20 and September 15. During this period, it is heated for everyone to enjoy :)

| We have just returned from a week on Lake Brompton and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found such an amazing place to spend a week with our family. The home was fantastic and had everything that we needed. The home is beautiful, has lots of space to spread out for a large group, and is in fantastic condition. As a family of 12 including adults, teenagers, and young children we appreciated the variety of activities that were available to us including the pool, hot tub, and lake as well as the indoor activities of billiards and foosball. The availability of two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board was certainly a treat. The small beach by the lake provided many hours of building fun and we appreciated the treasure chest of sand toys that were available.
After the uncertainty of the past 18 months due to the pandemic, we still can't quite believe that we had a chance to gather our family together under one roof to reunite. We were especially grateful for the two large dining tables (indoor and outdoor) which easily accommodated our group. We were surprised to find that we could eat outside without being pestered by bugs which was very nice.
Many thanks to Yanick and Claudia who were quick to respond to messages and assisted us in any way that they could. We would definitely consider coming back to their home in the future.

| On a eu le plaisir de passer une grosse semaine à la Villa sur le Lac et on a eu des vacances de rêve!
Le chalet est un bijou luxueux sur le magnifique Lac Brompton , tellement chaleureux et parfait pour un groupe allant jusqu'à 20 personnes.
Les chambres toutes aussi confortables les unes que les autres et super bien décorées. On a tellement bien dormi sur les lits ainsi que la literie de haute qualité et très comparable aux hôtels 5 étoiles.
La cuisine de rêve où on a préparé de succulents repas à tous les jours. Il ne manque absolument de rien et chaque détail a été bien pensé.
N'oublions pas la table à manger sur mesure qui peut réunir 14 personnes de façon très confortable.
La cours arrière est à couper le souffle les enfants ont eu des heures de plaisirs, on a profité de la piscine chauffée, du spa, des kayaks et du paddle board. Un gros plus pour les dizaines de chaises Adirondack autour du feu et le balançoire pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Le terrain est super bien entretenu également.
Le chalet est à 5 minutes de la Brasserie du Lac Brompton où on a pu déguster un délicieux repas de fruits de mer.
Que dire de Yanick et Claudia, ce sont des hôtes 5 étoiles, toujours disponibles pour répondre à mes milles et unes questions. Que ce soit via courriel, textos ou telephone, on a eu un service hors pair.
En espérant y retourner l'été 2022 et cette fois ci on croise les doigts afin de pouvoir louer le ponton et le seadoo! Haha
