1- The LAKE DIRECTLY IN THE BACK YARD.
Both summer and winter, Lake Boissoneault is the envy of all nature lovers. The beauty of its landscapes, its tranquility, and the many activities available on the lake, undoubtedly make Lake Boissoneault one of the most beautiful lake in the Eastern Townships.
With over 150 feet on the water's edge, access is immense and at your doorstep!

Do like our guests and come and feel the benefits of water ...
A sunset over the lake, a family of ducks coming to eat very close to you in the morning, the sound of the waves dancing on the lake while you relax in the spa. Magical moments that you can have the chance to experience during your stay.

3- FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!
Are your kids accompanying you on your vacation? We made sure that they enjoy the cottage as much as you do!
On site: Two paddleboards, a pedal boat and even a motor rowboat to venture out on the lake. For rainy days, a game console, babyfoot table and several toys for boys and girls are available inside.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet:
1- NO PARTY ALLOWED
Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable.
2- 25 YEARS AND UNDER
Groups of visitors aged 25 and under are not permitted.
3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00
As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We ask you not to do excessive noise after 10 :00 pm. We are in a quiet neighbourhood and they will not hesitate to report excessive noise to the police. Immediate eviction with ** no possibility of reimbursement ** will follow if a Party takes place in the cottage.
We will provide wood in small quantities for your stay.
Please do not smoke in the cottage! If you need to smoke, do it outside and properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
