This beautiful lake house located in Sainte-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau consists of 365 feet of waterfront.
The Grande Ourse has:
Bedroom 1 (mezzanine):
One king size bed
The dorm:
Two twin beds
Three futons that can accommodate up to two people each
Bedroom 2:
One queen bed

In summary, up to 18 people can sleep comfortably
The Grande Ourse contains a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, a propane fireplace and a woodstove. It is surrounded by a large circular porch with a six-person spa, a barbecue and furniture. Games and toys for all are also available. You will be provided with water tins.
There is a beautiful kid's playhouse and playground area. A canoe, a pedal boat, and a single kayak are available along with life vests. There is a nice large dock and a few fire pits for the exterior enjoyment of all. Beach towels are not provided.
You can enjoy different activities in this area: fishing in the Grand lac Rond or the Lac des Trente et Un Milles, biking on the Véloroute des Draveurs, and hiking on the many trails in the region.
Additionally, there is one private open concept cottage that can accommodate up to six people.
The Petite Ourse is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, woodstove, and a mini mezzanine with a queen-size futon, and the living room area has two futons that can accommodate two people each.
A deck with furniture, a barbecue, an area for games and a fire pit for your exterior enjoyment.
The price for the Grande Ourse is $2000 for Friday to Sunday, and $3000 for one week from Friday to Friday.
The price for the Petite Ourse is $750 for Friday to Sunday, and $1000 for one week.
If booked together, the price for the weekend would be $2500 and for the week, $3500.
Arrival is at 4 pm and departure is at 11 am.
