This 70,800 sf private landscaped lot with tropical-style gazebo, 6-person spa, large terrace, fireplace, BBQ, heated salt pool (available from June 1st to October 1st) and a small children's playhouse offers you the ideal place to relax. Only 1h30 from Montreal and close to several activities such as the Mont de ski Val-St-Côme (12 minutes), the Chute-à-Bull regional park, hiking, mountain biking and quad club, cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, snowmobiling, BlackOps Paintball, Saint-Jean-de-Matha Super slides, The flying canoe (boat rental) and much more. THE Dream Maker is: Main floor: Large family room (mountain view) with television (Netflix-Disney), a wash room, a full bathroom (shower), a fully equipped kitchen, dining room (gas fireplace), living room with television (cable) and gas fireplace. For people having difficulty with the stairs, a bedroom with a queen bed could be made available to you on the main floor. Upstairs: 4 closed bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 single beds) a full bathroom (bath and shower) Upstairs in the other section of the chalet: Private suite with king bed, private bathroom (bath) and small relaxation area with television, gas fireplace. | This beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations. The cottage itself is super spacious. There are two living rooms, huge kitchen and dining room and 5 bedrooms for our big family. We had 4 kids with ages ranging from 6-11 who had the time of their lives between the hot tub, pool, swingset, foosball table, tons of games and more.
The actual area is perfect. It's located less than 2m from a small town with a grocery store, restaurants, bakery and whatever else you need. There's also an amazing waterfall hiking area 2m away that we all enjoyed tremendously. Less than 30m away we found beaches, tree top trekking adventures and so much more. You couldn't ask for a better location.
The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, answering questions or concerns immediately.
This cottage is definitely a 5 star vacation retreat and we hope to come back next summer!

| Super séjour, chalet propre, site enchanteur. De nombreux jeux intérieurs et extérieurs pour les enfants et les plus grands. Chambres spacieuses, cuisine bien équipée, plages a proximité. On ne s'ennuie pas et on souhaite que le temps s'arrête pour en profiter encore plus. On reviendra!

Un beau Chalet avec toute les commodités, super propre, bien équipé et parfait pour un petit groupe comme nous 10 adultes et 2 enfants
Les propriétaires sont disponible pour nous en tout temps, cela est très rassurant

| Court séjour de 3 nuits au chalet La fabrique à souvenirs! Mais quel beau séjour.
Le chalet est très bien équipé, super propre avec de belles grandes pièces familiales.
Nous étions 9 adultes et nous avions encore beaucoup d'espace.
Les propriétaires sont ultra disponibles et offrent un service 5 étoiles.
Nous avons adoré notre « trop court » séjour.
Nous y retournerons.

| Quel bel endroit pour se réunir en famille. Ce chalet porte bien son nom .Spacieux , confortable et très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien .Extérieur bien aménagé, le spa et la piscine très appréciés .Des hôtes attentionnés qui répondent rapidement. On y retourne en 2024.Encore merci à Annie et Simon .
