Exclusive two floor cottage at the heart of the mountains of the Laurentians. Perfect forest-like environment for a getaway from the city with access to high speed wifi. This cottage is intended to be the place where guests gather and share memories. It is the perfect environment to share a dinner with friends or family. Privacy at its finest with a cozy patio with bbq, dining table, heated 19ft pool and an isolated backyard with access to natural trails. The cottage is renovated but yet preserving the charm of the rustic style. Rich architecture gives way to woodwork, wide plank floors and a visual pleasure! There are 3 bedrooms, one family room and one living room. The spacious kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with new appliances and kitchen supplies. There is one bathroom and one powder room. The house is only a 6 minute drive from stores, restaurants and services and a 3 minute drive from the beaches (Lac De Sable). Multiple activities available around like: aqua park, sailboat school, natural parks, hiking, mountain biking, cycling (Petit Train du Nord and Aerobic Corridor), snowmobiling, cross country skiing/ skating, snowshoeing, ice skating, canoeing, kayaking, simple walks, golf, horseback riding, ice skating, spa etc. (Bonus: 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur).

| Nous avons passé l'hiver 2022-2023 dans ce chalet très confortable, bien équipé et extrêmement propre. Situé à proximité du Parc des Campeurs, c'est un endroit idéal pour la raquette et le ski de fond. Les propriétaires sont à la fois aimables et disponibles, un gros plus en hiver. | This is a beautiful and fully-furnished chalet and we enjoyed our time in Sainte-Agathe immensely. It was easy to feel at home in this wonderful house. The pool was a great place to relax and have fun and there were so many things to do in and around the village which was close by. I would definitely return and highly recommend this chalet and renter to anyone looking for a long-term holiday location with your family.
