Situated in Saint-Philémon, less than an hour from Québec City and 45 minutes from Montmagny, this beautiful condo faces the splendid Massif du Sud mountain, providing direct access to ski slopes. Ski down the slopes and return to warm up and dine in the privacy of your accommodation! The Massif du Sud regional park is just a stone's throw away. Whether you enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, off-piste skiing, mountain biking, Fat Biking, or other activities, there is plenty to do. Plus, snowmobile and ATV trails are immediately nearby.

Le Boisé du Midi #C comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults or two small families (4 adults and 4 children using sofa beds). It offers:
