Chalet Kabana is a splendid cottage with a contemporary design, located 5 minutes from the village of Ste-Émélie de l'Énergie. The cottage is equipped with a hot tub and an outdoor dry sauna (both available all year round). In Summer, we will have a private access to Lake Beaudoin with 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 pedal boat (provided from May to October). This cottage has a stunning panoramic view of the lake with incredible views of the surrounding nature. Chalet Kabana is located on a 41,000 sq. ft. wooded lot which makes it a very peaceful place. Wi-Fi is included.
With its large bay windows facing the Lake Beaudoin, the Chalet Kabana offers a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. This two-storey cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people very comfortably.
At ground level, you will find a cloakroom in the entrance and a large modern & all equipped kitchen (including kids dishes, coffee maker & Nespresso Original line coffee machine, etc...). The dining room displays a large table for 6 persons facing a 10 feet high bay window with stunning views of the lake. A side door gives you access to the 3-seasons veranda with a dining area for 6 guests & a functional year round gas BBQ. Next to the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom with bath/rain shower and a beautiful closed bedroom with Queen size bed & canopy, overlooking the lake.
Downstairs, at garden level, the second bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and the spacious living room offers a full view of the lake. You will find a convertible sofa bed (double size) and 2 comfortable chairs, HD TV, Bell Express VU and a few board games, sound system with Bluetooth connection, free WiFi and an electric fireplace. This set up is ideal for families with children. Every room offers a spectacular view of the surrounding nature.
The exterior layout offers you parking for 4 cars, a large terrace with a 5-person hot tub at the back of the cottage and access to a 3-season veranda with a dining area for 6 guests & a functional year round gas BBQ. Towards the lake, you will find a private dock with chairs to relax, 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat and 6 life jackets (adult size) and a large bench around the outdoor fireplace (wood supplied).
All bedding is pure cotton and synthetic duvet. The chalet is heated by electric baseboards. Washer/dryer and a vacuum cleaner is on site. An excellent 3G/4G cellular network is provided in the area for cell phone coverage. Chalet Kabana is protected by an alarm system and is connected to a central monitoring station, with a camera system at the entrance.

The payment is done by credit card directly on our secured website to block your dates in the rental calendar and secure your booking; - Final payment: the payment of the full balance is payable 20 days before the arrival date by credit card; - A fully refundable security deposit of $1000 will be temporarly frozen your credit card 3 days before arrival date. This security deposit will be returned within 24-48 hours after departure once our team confirms the chalet has been left in the same condition as on arrival with no damage; - IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied. We expect guests to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental agreement.
