WELCOME TO LE CHALA LE CHALA is a 300ft sandy beach Waterfront 4 season cottage, situated on Le Lièvre River (40km of navigation) in Val des Bois. Main Cottage sleeps 6 people, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms(1king-1Queen) + Private space 1 Queen murphy bed, 2 full bathroom. The attached garage loft offers a large bedroom which sleeps 8 people (4 double bed), 2pc bathroom, and a Billiard room. You will have access to the garage which could be used as a recreation/ reunion room (table & chairs available) if weather is not co-operating.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets at numerous sitting areas such as the beach, gazebo, docks, waterfront veranda, BBQ and firepit areas along with on site children's park which compliments the outdoor living enjoyment.
Includes: Boating dock to dock your boat once you have disembarked at the municipal ramp, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 standup paddle board, BBQ, Indoor/Outdoor fireplace, Hot tub (year round) with sunset and river views, pool/pingpong table, outdoor washer game, basketball, board/card games for you to enjoy on site.
Large Fire Pit area accessible year round (fire wood included).

| Je loue des chalets depuis maintenant 25 ans et celui ci est de très loin le meilleur. Tout y est, vraiment tout. Jamais vu une location avec autant de plus. Les proprios ont équipé ce chalet sans aucune restriction. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce qu'on peut imaginer. Le reste du chalet offre tellement de possibilités de divertissement, de relaxation., incroyable. Nous y étions le we de Pâques et même si la température n'était pas la meilleure nous étions au paradis. Notre seul regret est d'avoir eu à quitter. Ce chalet est et sera pour toujours sur notre liste « à retourner »

| Nous avons passé un weekend extraordinaire entre amis. Très propre, spacieux et confortable.
Nous avons pu profiter de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur malgré l'eau et la neige. Toutes sortes d'activités sont mises à notre disposition, impossible de s'y ennuyer.
Les lieux sont magnifiques.
Un grand merci pour l'accueil.

| This is not your standard rental - it is a beloved family gathering space which we feel very fortunate to have had an opportunity to visit. We went for a weekend during the end of March with two families with boys 5 and 8. The spring melt meant no outdoor activities but we were well entertained and enjoyed our time indoors. The cottage is beautifully built and furnished, very very clean (even the garage space is spotless!), and so well equipped. The kitchen is a dream and the beds are also very comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful view, the wide selection of board games for the boys, and the ping pong table and the pool table were a hit for everyone. We absolutely hope that we can visit again one day but I imagine this place will be in demand! Thank you so much for having us France!

| Absolutely beautiful cottage!!
We really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. The cottage was spotless and it had everything that the advertisement stated. The owner was very helpful and responsive.
The place is great for family with kids. Kids play ground. Outdoor fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen. Potable water. Honestly, we didn't have to bring much because everything we needed, they had it!
Located at only 5 minutes (drive) from Val-Des-Bois. The area was very quiet and relaxing. The hot tub and the lake view was a bonus.
