Chalet Le Théo waterfront & spa

Magnificent four-season chalet located on the edge of the Rivière-Noire (navigable and communicating with the Lac Noir) in Saint-Jean-de-Matha.

This completely renovated 4 bedroom chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults and children.

Inside, you will find on the first floor a bright dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bath-shower), three bedrooms (2 which have a queen bed and one which is with single bunk beds) as well as a living room with a propane fireplace. The basement has a bathroom (shower) and a bedroom (3 queen beds). There is a high chair for babies.

Outside, you can enjoy the very large field to have fun. You will find a huge terrace with dining table, sofa, BBQ and outdoor wood fireplace. You can also access the 6-seater spa through the kitchen patio door. The spa is located at the back of the chalet for more privacy!

In summer it is possible to bathe in the river. We provide you with our dock for your pleasure craft or to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, as well as two kayaks and individual life jackets.

The river is navigable and it will allow you to join the Black Lake for water sports.

The chalet is also equipped with a pool table in the basement, two televisions, DVD player, a Wifi network included, a washer and a dryer.

A host of activities are available to you regardless of the season: Golf, nautical activities, swimming, hiking and falls, tube slides, snowshoeing, downhill skiing (30 min from Val St-Côme), cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobile and mountain bike (trail and rental center within 500m), cultural visit to Maison Louis-Cyr, Val Notre-Dame Abbey, massage therapy, gourmet route and more!
