We offer you our new condo in Bromont near a wooded area and the Yamaska River. The condo is located 4 minutes from the Bromont ski resort and there is a shuttle in front of our house that takes you there for free in winter. We are close to the bike path (the green route) and 5 minutes from Bromont golf courses! The condo is located on the ground floor. The living area includes the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. A gas fireplace will warm you up after your day of skiing. When the season allows it, you will enjoy the BBQ and the terrace overlooking a wooded area and a river. You will have 3 bedrooms, which is ideal for a family of 4 or 5. The master bedroom has a king bed and a view of the Bromont mountain. The second bedroom offers a single bed, a 2nd TV and a PS4 console. The third bedroom has two single beds and a desk. The bathroom includes a bath, a shower and a heated floor. You can use the washer and dryer. Bedding, towels, dishes, basic items, cable, internet and Netflix are provided. We also provide you with PS4 games, board games, children's books, puzzles and craft materials! You will be within walking distance of the grocery store, the liquor store, the pharmacy and several other businesses and restaurants. You will be next to a magnificent trail along the Yamaska River. You will have access to bike paths and the condo is 5 minutes from Bromont golf courses.
You will be within walking distance of the grocery store, the SAQ, the pharmacy and several other businesses.

| Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans ce condo. Très propre à notre arrivée, tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à notre disponibilité: literie, serviette, vaisselles, ustensiles, electros, super machine à café. Très bien situé, à quelques pas d'une épicerie, pharmacie et SAAQ et à quelques minutes du pittoresque centre-ville de Bromont. Une navette (en hiver) pour aller à la montagne est très pratique. Les propriétaires sont super sympathiques, ils s'assurent du bien-être de leurs locataires et sont facilement accessibles. Bref, nous recommandons grandement cet emplacement.

| Superbe condo situé au coeur de Bomont ainsi qu'à proximité de tous les services, pistes cyclables et de la montagne. Le condo est dans un secteur tranquille et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants et sympathiques. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
