North Hatley Lakeside Winter Rental 2026–2027: December 2026 to May 2027. A stunning, light-filled two-story home available for a 6-month term (4-month minimum). A magical setting to enjoy the magnificent scenery and panoramic views! Ideal for writing, reading, drawing, painting, cooking, walking, yoga, meditation, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and nearby downhill skiing. Location: Waterfront property in North Hatley with sunset and mountain views. Close to restaurants such as The Tap Room bistro, Manoir Hovey, Pilsen Pub, and other eateries in the villages of North Hatley or Ayer's Cliff. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise. Proximity: 5 minutes from North Hatley village (grocery store, 5 restaurants, golf course); 10 minutes from the Massawippi River trail; 12 minutes from Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley; 15 minutes from Ayer's Cliff; 20 minutes from Mont Orford; 50 minutes from Owl's Head. Winter/ Spring period: Specific months of occupancy, as well as arrival and departure dates, are open for discussion (tentatively November 25, 2026, to May 25, 2027).
