Escape to a picturesque paradise with this fully renovated cottage situated on the tranquil waters of Lac Gagnon. This cozy and inviting vacation home is the perfect getaway for families looking to relax and create lasting memories together. Boasting stunning views of the lake, the cottage features a large porch that is the ideal spot to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Inside, the cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities and electric appliances, including a spacious kitchen with a breakfast counter and Nespresso machine, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and heated floors in the entrance, downstairs and in the bathrooms for optimal comfort. Please be advised that this kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, which may interfere with pacemakers. The cottage is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, with each room featuring a queen-size bed, and additional double and single mattresses located under the beds. The cottage is also stocked with an array of board games, card games, and puzzles, as well as a pedal boat, paddle board and 2 kayaks for your use. Located just 5 kilometers from the Gagnon reception in the Papineau-Labelle reserve, the cottage is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers nearly 100km of marked, ungroomed cross-country skiing trails for beginner and intermediate skiers, as well as ATV and snowmobile trails for thrill-seekers, and numerous hiking and snowshoeing paths for those who prefer a more leisurely pace.
The cottage is also just 15 minutes away from Lac Simon public beach and is situated in Duhamel, a region known for its abundant wildlife, including large populations of white-tailed deer, moose, and beaver. Visitors to the area will have the unique opportunity to encounter these animals in their natural habitat.

| Really a gem, as advertised, beautiful, very clean, luxurious feel, very responsive owners (thank you Genevieve), I would rate it more than 5 stars if that existed :). We visited this place with our family friends, overall 4 adults, 6 children. There was adequate room for everyone, the existence of google Chromecast certainly kept the children entertained when the adults were taking well deserved rest. The internet speed was really fast (believe it's provided by Starlink based on the equipment I saw), could be ideal for someone wanting to experience nature outside work hours while during work hours, they are connected with fast internet like they are in a big city.
Outside the cottage, there was adequate space to play ball. The place is literally next to the lake making it easy to go there and engage in a little bit of water play. 20 min drive from the cottage is Centre touristique du Lac-Simon which is absolutely gorgeous and has a very beautiful beach and the largest area of water shallower than 1.5 metres I have seen, making it very ideal for kids to play freely without a fear of drowning.

| This cottage is just beautiful extraordinary view on the lake! Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and beds. Great fire place! And great for entertainment and family reunions.

| Nous avons eu le bonheur de louer ce chalet à deux reprises, et avons déjà hâte au prochain séjour! Tout y est pour passer des moments mémorables en famille ou entre amis. Les 4 chambres sont très confortables, les 2 salles de bain sont dignes des revues de décoration, l'accès au lac et le grand quai ont fait le bonheur des petits et grands lors des journées chaudes, et en hiver on se réunissait autour du magnifique foyer du salon. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, avec des électros et cafetière haut de gamme. La vue est splendide, peu importe de quelle fenêtre on regarde. Je recommande chaudement!
