Located in the village of Glen Sutton in our beautiful Eastern Townships, the Brockvale farm's cottage will charm you with its scenery. Right on a 200 acres land, you will be surrounded by countryside fields as well as mountains. Downtown Sutton and its well known mountain is located 20 minutes away. The Missisquoi river, known for its kayak and canoe rides, is sitting at the end of the backyard. The cottage is spacious and has a lot of windows which allow you to take advantage of the view. That way, you can admire the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Also, you will be able to check out your "neighbors" : the cows, the deers and the wild turkeys. In the summer time, you will be able to spend the night outside enjoying dinner or some board games protected under a roof. There is an outdoor fireplace and a spa that you can use during the winter as well. If you decide to spend some time inside, why not use the pool table. Whether it is for a quiet moment, for a new working environment, for all the activities offered in the area, to spend time with friends and family, this cottage is the best place. Right on the lot, you can use your snow shoes and cross country skies. You need to bring your equipment. You have access to the river from the back of the lot. We have 3 kayaks and 2 canoes for you to use. | Le chalet est magnifique! Le décor paradisiaque avec les vaches « oreos », les montagnes et la belle rivière. L'intérieur du chalet est équipé pour tous et spécialement pour les familles. Ils ont tous ce dont un enfant a besoin; poussette, parc, jeux, banc d'appoint, etc. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le calme et la sérénité de cet endroit.

| Mes deux enfants et moi avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette magnifique maison de campagne et nous avons eu un coup de coeur instantané pour ce site enchanteur, le calme des lieux, la beauté sauvage de la rivière et le charme bucolique des vaches qui nous entouraient. Geneviève et Michel ont tout simplement été charmants et très efficaces quant à nos demandes. Nous ne voulions plus quitter à la fin de notre séjour ! J'y retourne l'an prochain à la demande générale !

| Vraiment un endroit exceptionnel! En plein coeur des belles montagnes de Glen Sutton, avec les vaches, la rivière, l'immense terrain, le spa, la table de pool : un vrai bijou. Les chambres sont grandes, les matelas fermes, mais confortables. Tout était simple : les communications, l'arrivée, la souplesse. Nous étions six adultes et nous étions tous et toutes enchantées.

| Nous avons loué le chalet de la Ferme pour une deuxième fois en 2022 (mars et aout). Encore une fois, nous avons été ravis par notre expérience, que ce soit au niveau du confort, de l'emplacement géographique, des paysages, des activités à proximité, etc..).
A refaire, bientôt idéalement!

| Super séjour au chalet. Il est confortable, bien équipé. Parfait pour séjour au calme dans un coin magnifique.
Les enfants (2 et 3 ans) ont adoré les vaches, on a adoré pouvoir faire du canot ou kayak.
Propritaires sympathiques et réactifs en cas de question.
