The backyard of the house gives direct access to the ski slopes and the network of hiking trails of the mountain and the region. The chalet is also located 700 meters from the beach, the marina and the Owl's Head Lake Club (pool), on the majestic Lake Memphremagog. It's the best of both worlds, lake and mountain!

The chalet is a new construction and everything is therefore immaculate! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms and a garage. 2 bedrooms have Queen size bunk beds and there are also 2 sofa beds in the 2nd living room. Therefore, this chalet can sleep 14 people in total! The dining table is adjustable and can accommodate 4 to 12 people plus 4 people on the stools in the kitchen so you can seat 16 people for the meal! The chalet is fully equipped with a terrace, an indoor gas fireplace and an outdoor wood fireplace, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, WIFI internet, dishes, drapery, etc?

Rental 30 days or more only? available in the fall from October to December and in the spring from April to June inclusively. Dogs are forbidden and this is a non-smoking building.
