** New: 4 « fatbike » mountain bikes available to our guests and included in your rental fee ** Nestled in the heart of the Petite Nation, 10 minutes from the Lac Simon golf Club and just a stone's throw away from the provincial wildlife reserve Papineau-Labelle, Les Chalets d'Aile-Laine's cottages aim to please with « resort style » near all-inclusive features. Situated on the shore of a beautiful and peaceful lake and in the middle of a private 165 acre estate, Les Chalets d'Aile-Laine (pronounced d'Helen) want to make your stay as care free as possible. From supplying sporting goods such as snowshoes and « fatbikes » in the winter or kayaks, paddle-boards and canoes in the summer; to a fully stocked kitchen and all the linen and bath towels required for your length of stay (conditions apply), all you basically need to pack is your clothes, personal hygiene products and food. On site we have also dedicated a building for use as a gym and pool hall. There you will find a complete free weights gym, elliptical machine and a 4x8 pool table for those pesky rainy days or nightly socializing. Note to Quad and snowmobile enthusiasts: the federated trails for both activities are only a 7 minute ride from the property and the city of Montpellier allows riders to use the roadway to get to and from the trails. We also offer indoor parking for your quad or sled if you so desire. The lake has no boat ramp and gas engines are not permitted. We can provide access to a small fishing boat. A provincial fishing permit is required to fish on the lake.

| Très beau chalet. Spacieux. Malgré six convives, beaucoup d'espace au salon, dans la salle à dîner, dans les chambres pour tous. Parfait pour les familles nombreuses.
Propriétaire accueillant, souriant, avenant.
Lac parfait pour le kayak et la planche à pagaie. Les environs invitent à la randonnée pédestre et à la randonnée en fat bike. Les aires communes (gym, billard) offrent un bel ajout aux activités extérieures déjà offertes.
Bien l'intention d'y revenir!

| By far the cleanest cottage our family has rented. The property was gorgeous, easy access to the lake (which we shared only with loons), access to our own dedicated paddle boards & kayaks, shared bikes and weight room, private trails to explore etc etc etc
The chalet was really well equipped, wifi strong enough for video conferencing, comfortable beds and hot shower.
Andre is a professional who shares the huge property but is rarely seen. A great place to go for peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend and go back again.

| Ma blonde et moi avons passé un excellent séjour au Petit Prince pour une fin de semaine. C'est placé dans un endroit si paisible où l'environnement représente la pure nature. Nous avons profité des raquettes qui sont offertes et nous avons fait quelques randonnées sur les sentiers du gigantesque terrain du domaine. Les soirées auprès du feu dans le grand salon étaient des plus mémorables et l'ambiance des plus accueillants. André et sa conjointe nous ont si bien accueillis et nous sommes très reconnaissants de leurs efforts à rendre notre séjour le plus joyeux possible. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute de louer le Petit Prince, vous n'allez surtout pas le regretter!!

| Nous avons que de bons mots pour cette location. Accueil exceptionnel!!!!!! Endroit très calme. Chalet très propre et très confortable pour 4 adultes. Tout y est. Le lac est sublime . Nous vous le suggérons sans aucune gêne. Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable séjour André:)

| Nous avons passé une fin de semaine paradisiaque au chalet du Petit Prince.
Le cadre est magnifique, le lac est calme et permet de profiter des équipements nautiques (2 kayaks et 2 paddleboard pour le chalet, plus pédalo et canot partagés). Le chalet est situé dans le bois, et permet d'aller faire quelques petites randonnées.
L'espace à vivre est pratique et bien équipé (moustiquaire autour de la table extérieur par exemple). Nous étions 6 adultes + un bébé. Il fallait cependant que 2 adultes dorment sur le canapé du salon.
Nous avons également pu profité du billard et de la salle de sport.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et d'une incroyable gentillesse.
Allez-y les yeux fermés, nous le recommandons fortement.
