DESCRIPTION OF THE CHALET
Located 1h30 from Montreal, on the shores of Lake Ouareau in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci (border with St-Donat), in the magnificent Lanaudière region.
The main floor, open concept, includes the modern kitchen, a dining room with a view of the lake, a living room with a cathedral roof with a slow combustion fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a magnificent veranda 4 seasons.
In summer, a huge terrace, fully furnished with garden furniture, will offer you a magnificent extension of the chalet with a view of the lake. One of the five bedrooms is on the garden level as well as a family room with pool table and table football game. The outdoor spa can be used all year round.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs including the master bedroom with King bed and lake view, a living room area and a full bathroom.
For fishing enthusiasts (fishing zone #9 permit required), the lake contains several species of fish such as largemouth bass, yellow perch, smallmouth bass and, in some areas, muskellunge.
P.S.: For fishing enthusiasts, please note that there is a ban until March 2023 inclusively for fishing for gray trout (Touladi).
The Bellator du lac is also a little paradise for snowmobile enthusiasts, because the trail on the lake joins directly with trail #33 (Purchase access rights online). You can also practice quad or mountain biking in all seasons on the many trails nearby. (vehicles not included)
Lake Ouareau has a surface area of nearly 15 km and an average depth of 54 m (177 feet).

| Chalet excellent, tranquillité sur le lac non beaucoup de bateau a l'avant du chalet sur le party. Beaucoup trop de règlement cela éloigne la clientèle.

Owner response: Merci Normand pour votre commentaire. J'avoue que le beau temps qui persiste rend les jeunes plaisanciers très "expressifs" sur le lac ! Pour ce qui est des règlements, ils ne s'adressent définitivement pas à vous, Monsieur Blain, puisque vous avez laissé le chalet dans un état splendide! Nous aimerions n'avoir que des clients respectueux comme vous, et nous n'aurions pas à laisser des règlements pour rappeler les consignes de base aux autres !
