This is a newly built bungalow on a flat lot and a quiet street, third row from Lake Lovering.
Access to the lake is at the end of the street, so it's easy to bring a kayak or a paddle board to have fun there in complete freedom!
The property is bright and very comfortable.
It first offers a huge open area that includes the living room and its electric fireplace, the dining room and this kitchen that would make any chef dream, because it is not only magnificent, but hyper functional with its island and all its storage.
Here, you won't miss anything and you'll even have a cellar, close at hand! A corner for telework is also set up there.
To your left is the master bedroom which has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Again, you will be surprised by the decor, the layout - King bed - and the comfort of the room.
On the other side of the open area are distributed the other two bedrooms, perfect for friends and children who share your vacation!
A well-decorated bedroom that includes a Queen bed and another bedroom that includes two trundle beds, which is ideal for children's friends.
A washer-dryer area and another bathroom complete the space. Outside the kitchen is the terrace with table, chairs and BBQ and a little further you will see a fire pit and Adirondacks, a great place for end-of-day discussions!
Note that you can have a kayak, a paddle board, and an inflatable boat for 3 people, 2 children and an adult.
There are also 5 life jackets for adults available.

Very important: It is forbidden to play with a ball or with any other object that can bounce off the ceiling of the living room and alter the stretched material that has been expressly made for this place.
If you open the champagne, please do so outside the house and in all seasons! Thank you for your understanding.
