The cottage features an open concept main floor; loft master bedroom with queen size bed and daybed with trundle (2 single beds); 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with king size bed and one with queen size bed; 2 full baths and a walk-out lower level. Includes TV, telephone (free long distance calls), DVD, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large deck with BBQ, wood burning stove, pool table/table tennis, dart board, movies and games. Outdoor equipment includes the use of a floating swimming dock, two paddleboards, two kayaks, a paddleboat, a canoe and lifejackets.

The cottage is situated on a small, quiet, clean lake. The land slopes towards the lake and you can simply walk in to go for a swim. The entrance to the lake is shallow for approximately four feet out. (There is no beach area, no dock near the shore and no boat launch.)
