It is essential that you know that the property is located near a busy road. We can therefore hear the traffic, mainly during the day. However, you will notice that the asking price (which is more than reasonable) for this elegant home takes this factor into account. Nevertheless, if you are allergic to noise, this cottage is not for you. This is what we call being both far and close to civilization ;-)

| La Villa L'Éden-Spa est un endroit parfait pour un séjour en solo, en couple ou en famille.
Que ce soit pour vous reposer, pour profiter de la piscine et du grand jacuzzi (à distance de trois minutes à pied), pour le spa privé dans la cour, ce chalet comblera les plus exigeants.
Les deux chambres à l'étage sont spacieuses, l'espace salon et cuisine sont de bonne dimension et vous trouverez deux belles grandes douches près des chambres.
Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un espace zen et chaleureux tout en étant près de la ville de Québec (à 20 minutes de route) pour profiter des attractions, c'est l'endroit tout indiqué pour un séjour inoubliable.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en juillet 2023.

| J'ai planifié un séjour deux dans un
Une nuit avec mon conjoint et deux nuits avec mon amie d'enfance
Le chalet est très conviviale avec deux chambres magnifique dont une avec sa propre salle de bain avec vu sur la forêt
Très propre
Aménagement du chalet très bien pensé
Tout y est très bien équipé
Et le spa qui est parfait pour relaxer
Une chose à ajouter en hiver sera une pelle car on en a trouvé aucune dans la tempête!
Une chance qu'une femme de ménage gentille nous en a donné une d'un autre chalet!
