The space :
The house is ready to welcome your group, from small to large:
3 closed bedrooms and 1 open bedroom with 4 queen beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. In one of the bedrooms there is a work desk with a work chair.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook. You will find dishes, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, tools etc. In addition, some essentials will be provided such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc. Adjacent is a dining table with 6 chairs and folding chairs. Adjacent, we find the patio door leading to the terrace, where you will enjoy the furniture for BBQ and eating outside.
The living room offers two large sofas, a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV, to watch movies with the family!
The accommodation includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower, and a larger one with a freestanding bath and a shower.
Outside, you will have access to Lac Amico which is a few minutes walk away. You will have access to 2 paddle boards.
Guest access :
You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.
By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
Other things to note :
*WIFI*
The WIFI network is sometimes unstable.Home office is not recommended.
*SOUND DEVICE*
It is totally forbidden to organize a party at the chalet, or to show disrespect towards the neighbors. A sound system is in place to warn us if the noise level reaches a certain limit. This allows us to maintain a good relationship with the neighborhood.
*TV*
We have 2 smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the television.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace at your disposal. We will not be providing firewood and I suggest that you bring kindling and paper to aid in starting. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.
