Contemporary chalet, located near the charming villages Esterel, Sainte-Marguerite-du-lac-Masson, between 2 major tourist centers: Lanaudière and Laurentians in a small gem of an estate on the shores of Lake Fidèle (without motor) less than an hour away from Montreal.

The cottage has a breathtaking view of the lake and its woods through its large windows. This top-of-the-range chalet promises you memorable moments with your family and/or your friends.

Spring/Summer: 6-person SPA, Kayak, Pedalo, Swimming in the lake, Fishing (trout and bullhead), Campfire, Hiking or activities at the Ouareau or Arbraska Forest Regional Park, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin and Spa La Source in Rawdon, Esterel golf course, Quad, etc.

Fall/Winter: SPA on site, beautiful snowshoe hikes or cross-country skiing on the lake, downhill skiing at Ski Garceau, La Réserve or Montcalm, SPA La Source or dog sledding in Rawdon, mountain biking trails, etc.

Outside: Flat land in front of the lake. 6-seater 4-season SPA and outdoor fireplace area with outdoor chairs.

Large Veranda to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a good book early in the morning or in the afternoon!

Dining room with terrace with BBQ area (propane gas, which operates year-round). The very modern kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, drinking water from the well, etc.
