This fully equipped cottage will please you with its large windows opening onto nature. You will have your JACUZZI spa just for you, as well as an outdoor propane fireplace. You can contemplate nature and relax on the large terrace upstairs, while keeping warm with the patio heater. Our chalet is also located near the main building where you can find a HEATED POOL (closed from mid-October to early April), a spa, a SAUNA and a BILLIARD table. There are also 2 bathrooms and a shower, accessible at all times. At the back of the chalet is the start of a beautiful footpath that runs along a stream. Main sporting activities in the region:
- Walking path adjacent to the chalet grounds, where you can walk along a stream and its cascades. Come and enjoy your picnic at the various stopping points.
- GOLF Le Grand Portneuf 2 minutes away, with these 3x 9-hole courses through the hills, forests and waterways.
- Dansereau Outdoor Center 7 minutes away for cycling there for 30km round trip from Pont-Rouge to Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier. Gravel trail accessible to all and along the Jacques-Cartier River from beginning to end, as well as 8 km of hiking trails. In winter, you can go snowshoeing and 33 km of cross-country ski trails with 2 heated relays and a waxing room at the reception. RENTAL of equipment possible.
- The SKI resort of Saint-Raymond is only 17 minutes away. Small ski center ALPIN well maintained by the municipality, ideal to learn to do this sport.

| Beau chalet dans la nature! C'est notre deuxième visite à ce chalet et certainement pas la dernière!!! Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour entre amis ou en famille avec les enfants. Domaine tranquille avec toutes les commodités (spa, foyer extérieur, parc, billard, sauna, sentiers pédestres, etc.). Chalet très propre et cuisine très bien équipé. Jean-François est un hôte attentionné et répond rapidement à nos demandes.

| Le chalet est tout simplement super. Il est TRÈS propre et très beau. Beaucoup de commodités pour les enfants et nous sommes proches de plein d'activités extérieures. L'hôte répond rapidement et tout se passe facilement avec lui.

| Superbe chalet, bien équipé, confortable, propre, lumineux et très joli.
Le wifi fonctionne super bien, parfait pour le télé travail.
Il y a beaucoup de petits ajouts qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable (jeux et jouets pour enfants, karaoké, speakers Sonos, appareil à bruits blancs, chauffe terrasse, Netflix, Disney,...)
Les hôtes sont aux petits soins et offrent un excellent service.
