Welcoming mid-century cottage

Come and enjoy the slopes of Mont Sutton, the hiking and mountain biking trails in this lovely mid-century cottage with its warm cachet. A beautiful wood burning fireplace creates a magical atmosphere in the evening!

The cottage was renovated and refurnished recently.

The well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of work surface as well as dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.

2 closed bedrooms, suitable for 4 people (1 queen bed and 2 single bunk beds).

Included: electricity (up to $600), snow removal, internet, smart TV and a cord of wood.

PLEASE NOTE: vacation cottage only. Not suitable for permanent residence.

Non-smoking and no pets allowed please.

The chalet is located on a quiet street, halfway between the village and the Mont Sutton ski resort. No neighbors in the back (wooded lot).

Discover the restaurants, microbreweries and boutiques of Sutton and surrounding towns.

Practice your favorite sports within one kilometer of the chalet: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sliding, hiking, mountain biking. Take advantage of the many bicycle paths and the beautiful scenery of the region. Several golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Take the wine route and discover the many vineyards of Sutton, Dunham, Brigham and all the surrounding villages. Berry picking, orchards and vegetable gardens in the area.

There is a municipal pool, skateboarding facility and children's park in the village of Sutton, and two beaches in the area (Cowansville and Brome Lake).
