This charming home sits just steps from the beach and near the White River, in the picturesque village of Saint-Ulric. It's the ideal place to unwind with a good book, while still offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. In winter, enjoy skating, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing right in Saint-Ulric. Head to Mont-Comi or Mont Castor for downhill skiing.
Inside, the main floor features a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda overlooking the back patio. The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a bright, open office area. (We do not allow bicycles inside the house.)
