NOTES
For safety and insurance reasons, the following rules must be strictly respected.
This property is not considered a kid-friendly location. The chalet has a unique artisan-style architecture and construction, which may differ from standard residential houses where strict safety standards for children are typically applied.
The property may contain open spaces, stairs, glass surfaces, elevated areas and architectural elements that require special attention.
If children are present in the group, their supervision and safety are entirely the responsibility of the accompanying adults. The owners cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from lack of supervision.
By using the pool, spa, and all amenities on the property, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for themselves and all members of their group.
POOL RULES
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving is strictly prohibited.
• Running around the pool area is not allowed.
• Glass objects are strictly prohibited near the pool.
• Food is not allowed in the pool area.
• Alcohol consumption while swimming is strongly discouraged and must be done responsibly.
• Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk.
SPA / HOT TUB RULES
• Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the spa.
• Do not add soaps, oils, bath products or any other substances in the spa.
• The spa cover must be closed after each use.
• The maximum number of occupants must be respected.
• Misuse of the spa may result in damage fees.
LIABILITY
The guest making the reservation assumes full responsibility for all members of the group, including their safety and behavior while using the property and its amenities.
The owners cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, misuse of facilities, or failure to respect safety rules.
