ON THE SHORE OF THE ST-LAWRENCE RIVER, this magnificent house in the beautiful Kamouraska region, offers you an incomparable view of the river and the mountains. Located 5 km from the village of Saint-André-de-Kamouraska (Le Dep du Village, Atelier V Cuir, Parc de l'Ancien-Quai de St-André, access to the Aboiteau hiking trail) and 10 minutes from Kamouraska (Resto Côté Est, Boulangerie Niemand, Poissonnerie Lauzier, Crèmerie La Fée Gourmande). Next door to the famous microbrewery La Tête d'Allumette, you can get there by a 1 km walk. The beautiful trails of the SEBKA are adjacent.
You have access to a 580,000 square foot domain between Route 132 and the St. Lawrence River. To the west, you can see the Kamouraska archipelago and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. To the east, the land is bordered by a monadnock or cabouron. This is a small quartzite hill typical of Kamouraska.
In addition, a field of cereals extends to the edge of the river. Two ponds are located in the center. A footpath takes you to the edge of the St. Lawrence River, where you can sit on the rocky point that juts out into the river. At this point, the sea opens up in front of you, 180 degrees from the Kamouraska archipelago in the west to the Pèlerins archipelago in the east.
